ORDER

 

            Counsel for respondent No.1 placed on record declaration of Deepak Joshi, Director of Genesis Immigration Pvt. Ltd. that application submitted by the complainant will not effect his future application for student visa and all future applications will be dealt by Australian High Commission on its merits and in the light of legislative and its policy requirements at that time.

            The respondents have failed to file the stay order. Counsel for respondent No.1 stated that payment of pay order of Rs.2,15,000/- dated 19.12.2011 bearing No.046743 and counsel for respondent No.2 stated that payment of DD of Rs.1,90,000/- dated 17.12.2011 bearing No.801044, be released in favour of  applicant-complainant. Accordingly, the office is directed to issue a cheque of Rs.2,15,000/- and Rs.1,90,000/- separately, alongwith interest, if any, in favour of the applicant-complainant namely Arun William and the same be handed over to him against proper receipt and as per rules.

            In view of this, the applicant alongwith his counsel has withdrawn the execution application as partly satisfied; vide statement recorded on the execution application itself. Accordingly, the execution application is dismissed as partly satisfied.

            Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. Be tagged with the main file.
