COMMON ORDER Both these complaints are filed U/s. 12 of the Consumer Protection Act of 1986, seeking direction against the Opposite Party (herein after called as O.P) to execute the registered sale deed in respect of the flats agreed to be sold or to refund the amount of Rs.2,50,000/- each with interest at 24% p.a. with litigation costs, on the allegations of deficiency in service on the part of the OP. 2. Inspite service of notice OP failed to appear. Hence placed ex-parte. 3. Both the complainants filed affidavit evidence in support of the complaint averments. 4. Written arguments filed. 5.
