ORDER

The OP3 shall hand over the vehicle to the Complainant within fifteen days of this order duly repaired and serviced along with a certificate of fitness. The OP1 and OP2 shall also jointly and severally pay a sum of Rs. 25,000/- as compensation to the Complainant within thirty days of this order, failing which the said amount of Rs. 25,000/- shall carry an interest of 9% from the date of passing of this order till its realization. The cost of Rs. 10,000/- shall be paid by the OP1 and OP2 joinlt and /or severally to the Complainant.
