The authorized agent of the complainant states that the OPs have installed the micro chip in the vehicle of the complainant and now the complainant is satisfied and he wants to withdraw the complaint.  In this regard he has appended a note on the complaint.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.
