Complainant is absent since long. Despite of issuing notice to complainant he did not appear before the commission and took proper step on the date fixed because notice returned with an endorsement “ Item returned Adresee cannot be located “ It seems complainant has lost his interest in this case. This case cannot run further without appearance of complainant.

                    Hence this case is dissmissed. Keep the record in the record room.
