Parties filed a compromise petition for resolving the dispute amicably. The Opposite parties were given liberty to repair the vehicle to the satisfaction of the Complainant and deliver the vehicle and issue certificate of fitness of the vehicle before vehicle is road worthy. Complainant had accepted the vehicle and It has been slated by Mr. Khan, appearing for the Complainant that the vehicle delivered by the Opposite parties after due repair has become road worthy and they have accepted the delivery of the vehicle. They are satisfied and they have no grievances. The Opposite party had issued certificate recording the specification of engine bearing Registration No.AN.O1 B 5051. The Complaint is thus disposed of. There will be no order to pass.
