ORDER

Case posted to-day for order on the petition of OP Dt.09/11/2009 and objection of Complainant Dt.01/12/2009, which are taken up for consideration. In view of the order of the Hon'ble State Commission in Appeal No. 752/1998 the matter is to be decided as per provision laid down under section 7B of Telegraph Act. This Forum shall not adjudicate upon the same. Hence the Complainant is dropped. Complaint disposed off accordingly.
