MR. PRAVAT KUMAR PADHI, PRESIDENT:-

          Complainant has filed the C.C.Case No. 58/2023 U/s-35 of C.P.Act, 2019 after exhausting remedy before Ld. GRF, Paradeep. There is provision of appeal against the order passed by Ld. GRF and this Commission has no power to touch the order of GRF.

            Complainant submitted that his only prayer to revise the bill of April, 2017 and July,2017. The Counsel for Ops also agreed and ready to revise the bill on receipt of a proper application by the Complainant.

            We therefore without entering into the merit of the consumer complaint direct the Complainant to make an application to the Ops and the Op No. 2  shall consider the same within a period of one month and revise the bill and accordingly the C.C.Case No. 56/2023 along with I.A. No. 58/2023 are hereby disposed off. No order as to cost.

                              Issue extract of the order to the parties concerned.
