          Complainant present. Opposite party represented.  Joint compromise petition filed which is recorded.

          In the result complaint stands allowed in terms of compromise.  The opposite party is directed pay Rs.4,00,000/- as policy amount without any interest or costs to the complainant within 60 days from the date of getting a copy of this order failing which the complainant is entitled to realize the said amount along with interest at the rate of 8% per annum from the date of filing compromise petition till realization.  The compromise petition will form part of the order.
