No good reason/sufficient reasons is assigned by the Complaint clarifying the delay, further the relationship between ‘complainant’ & ‘OP’ cannot be defined as consumer and service Provider as per C.P.Act, 1986. Heard the complaint dismissed on ground of maintainability.
