A part from that further is revealed form the record the complainant is remained consequentially absent on the date fixed for hearing is on 4.3.13,3.4.13,01.5.13,20.5.13,11.06.13 and today also and for which hearing could not be touching and hence the complainant petition filed by the complainant is dismissed due to default of the complainant.
