MR. PRAVAT KUMAR PADHI, PRESIDENT:-                   

            Complainant has availed six no. of commercial vehicle loan and not paying the dues regularly and for which there are series of litigations. The no. of vehicles have been reflected in Para-3 of Show Cause/Para-6 of written version which are not disputed by the Complainant.

              Complainant being owner of multiple vehicles can’t be a consumer within the purview of C.P.Act, 2019 and as such this C.C.Case is not maintainable and is hereby dismissed. As such the earlier order passed in I.A. stands vacated and accordingly the E.A No. 1/2022 is also to be dropped and order passed in by Hon’ble State C.D.R. Commission, Odisha Cuttack in R.P. No. 48/22 & 66/22 are hereby complied with.

                      Issue extract of the order to the parties for compliance.
