This appeal has been preferred against the order dated

16.4.2015 of the District Consumer Forum, Chittorgarh whereby the claim has been rejected.

 

None appeared on behalf of the appellant inspite of service of notice.

 

The facts of the case goes to show that the complainant reserved a seat in sleeper coach which was upgraded by the respondent without charging any additional charges still the complainant is objecting that the respondent is deficient in service. The reservation form goes to show that for upgradation negative answer has not been given hence, respondents were entitled to upgrade the ticket and to the benefit of the complainant ticket was upgraded from sleeper to AC coach without having any charges.

 

Hence, there is no merit in this appeal not worth admission and dismissed.
