ORDER

Complainant is absent throughout inspite of service of notice to him. The counsel for opposite party is present, and he submits that complaint is dismissed as the complainant is absent along. It is the complaitn who has filed the case and he has to prosecute the same. The conduct of the complainant shows that he is not deligent in prosecuting the case. Hence we have no other alternative to dismiss the case for default and non-prosecution. No costs.
