This is a complaint filed agaist General Manager,Telecom for reinstalment of the complainant’s telephone connection. the  decision of the Hon’ble  Supreme court made it clear in General Manager, Telecom Vs.M.Krishnan & Anr. (2009)8 SCC 481 that any dispute between the subscriber and the telegraph authorty can be resolved by taking recourse to arbitration proceedings only.  Hence there is no scope  for entertaining the present complaint. Relying upon the judgement of Syupree Court in the above  said case this complaint  in hand stands dismissed.
