Heard the Petitioner who appears in person.  Even though the Complainant was not heard by the State Commission while passing the impugned order, yet the impugned order is passed upon the judgement of the Apex Court  in ‘General   Manager   Telecom   Versus   M. Krishnan and another (Civil Appeal No. 7687 of 2004)’   wherein It has been clearly held that the Consumer Fora has no jurisdiction in such matters.  In view of this, we do not find any merit in this revision.  The revision is, accordingly, dismissed with no order as to costs.
