          We have perused the review petition filed by Secretary, Consumer Protection Council, Tamilnadu against the order of this Commission in CC No. 233 of 2010 pronounced on 29.03.2011.


        In the grounds shown for seeking review, the petitioner has given his reasons for disagreeing with order of this Commission. But, the petition does not bring out any error apparent on the face of the record, which can be rectified in exercise of powers under Section 22 (2) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. The Review Petition is therefore dismissed.
