Today, learned counsel Sh. Rajesh Kumar Devliyal on behalf of the appellant; learned counsel Sh. Deepak Ahluwalia on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 & 2 and learned counsel Sh. Vikrant Gambhir on behalf of respondent No. 3, have appeared.

A compromise dated 30.09.2024 has been submitted on behalf of the parties in connected First Appeal No. 308 of 2019, arising out of the same impugned judgment and order, which has been accepted and the said appeal has been decided on the basis of compromise arrived between the parties.

As compromise has been arrived in between the parties in a connected appeal, hence the instant appeal filed by the complainant for enhancement has become infructuous and is to be disposed of as such.

In view of above, the appeal is hereby disposed of having been rendered infructuous.

File be consigned to the record room along with copy of this order.

A copy of this order be sent to the concerned District Commission for perusal, information and necessary action.
