Memo filed by the complainant with due notice to the opposite parties thereby reporting a compromise between the parties outside the Forum and praying the Forum to dismiss the complaint as not pressed by the complainant.  Heard the complaint and perused the memo.  The opposite parties reported no objection.  Memo is recorded and, accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as not pressed by the complainant in view of the settlement outside the Forum.  Consequently IA.Nos.45 & 46/2015 stand dismissed as infructuous.
