               The learned counsel  for the complainant has made a statement that the complainant has received the payment of Rs.11000/- therefore , he withdraws the present complaint being fully satisfied. His statement has been recorded separately.

2.        In view of the statement made by the Learned counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn as having been fully satisfied. The file be consigned to the record room asfter due compliance.
