None has appeared on behalf of the appellant inspite of several calls, whereas learned counsel Sh. Ashok Dimri A.D.G.C. (Civil) for respondent No. 1 has appeared.

This appeal is pending since 2016, but after several directions of this appellate Commission, neither the appellant appeared nor directed his counsel to contest the appeal, so in such circumstance & on the basis of absence of the appellant, the appeal shall stand as dismissed. No order as to costs.

A copy of the order be sent to the concerned District Commission for perusal and necessary information.
