The fomplainant filed a withdraw petition vide No. 158/24 though the learned advocate along with an affidavit under order 23, Rule -3 of CPC. R/W section -151 of the Code of Civil procedure, praying for the withdrawal of the complaint petition. it is stated in the petition that the dispute between the complainant and the Opp. party has been amicably settled outside the court and that the Opp. party has setteled the claims of the complainant to the satisfaction of the complainant.

    In view of the above,  the prayer for withdrawal of the complaint petition is hereby allowed.

   Hence, the case is withdrawn as prayed for and is hereby disposed of.
