Complainant is absent without steps and did not file show cause. Op nos. 1 and 4 file separate hazira. On repeated calls none appears for the complainant and complainant himself is found absent. Record reveals that complainant became absent for some earlier dates. So, it seems that complainant has lost his interest to proceed with the case and as such there is no need to proceed further.

Thus, the instant case is dismissed for non prosecution.
