It is ascertained that through the Op.No.3 has filed their Counter stating that the alleged subsudy was already credted into the aout of Complainant as per grounds statement enclosed which was naner challlenged hearing the complainant. It is also seen from the record that since the duy of filing of case, Complainant is absent tilll date. Hence considering the submission of Op.No.3, we are inclined to accept the vesions of Op.No.3 and feel the Complainant has received the subsidy amount and not entitled further amount from the Ops.

Hence Considering the above discussions we dismiss the case hearing no merit. Accodingly case is disposed off.
