ORDER

By R. VIJAYAKUMAR, MEMBER. The complaint is filed for getting offered Loyal Bonus Rs.10,000/- Compensation Rs.2,000/- The avernments in the complaint can be briefly summarized as follows: The Complainant, against the opposite parties August offer booked one Santro XO Car on 1.9.2007 and took delivery on 7.9.2007. August offer consists of comprehensive insurance, 8 gms gold coin, under body coating, Teflon coating, seat cover and loyalty bonus. The offer of Loyalty Bonus was not met by the opposite parties. The complainant lodged a complaint to the II opposite party but was not responded. Hence the complaint. The opposite parties remained absent. Hence they were set exparte. The Complainant filed affidavit. He was examined as Pw1. Exhibit P1 marked. The points that would arise for consideration are. 1. Whether there is any deficiency in service on the part of the opposite party. 2. Compensation and cost. As the opposite parties remained absent, we are constrained to relay upon the evidence adduced by the complainant. The complainant could prove his case through complaint, affidavit and exhibit. On perusal of the documents we find that there is deficiency in service on the part of the opposite party. Hence the complaint is allowed. The opposite parties are directed to pay Rs.10,000/- which was offered as Loyal Bonus and Rs.2,000/- as compensation and cost. The order is to be complied with within one month of the date of receipt of this order. Dated this the 31st day of July, 2008.
