Complainant appeared in person before the Commission and tendered a statement on oath that he is an Advocate at District Courts, Jind and also tendered photocopy of his enrollment number which is taken on record as Annexure ‘A’.  Complainant further stated on oath that the Ops have redressed his grievance whereby he is satisfied and does not want to pursue the present complaint and requested for disposing off  the same.

                        In view of the statement so tendered by complainant himself before this Commission, the present complaint is disposed off being fully satisfied. Certified copies of the order be supplied to the parties concerned, as per rules. File after due compliance be consigned to the Record Room.
