Today is fixed for adduction of evidence by the complainant, but it is reported by the Ld. Advocate of the complainant that the original complainant has passed away, for which he has filed substitution petition which is supported by copy of death certificate.

Copy of the petition is given to the Ld. Advocate of the other side.

The application is registered as MA 18/2022.

After hearing the Ld. Advocate on besides and perusing the petition together with the record, we find that the original complainant has passed away on 06.10.2021 leaving behind her Husband as her sole legal heir. Prayer is made for bringing her legal heir (Husband) into the record by filing this petition. Prayer is allowed.

The Ld. Advocate of the complainant is directed to file amended complaint incorporating the substituted legal heir of the complainant.

The MA/18/2022 is thus disposed of.

16.03.2022 is fixed for filing amended complaint by the complainant.       

Let plain copy be given to the parties free of cost, as per CPR.
