The complainant Sri Asoke Kumar Das who is a retired judge files a petition praying for dismissal of the instant complaint case on the ground stated in the petition.

Heard the complainant.

Complainant submits that he has already received Rs. 3960/- from the O.P. and as such he is not willing to proceed with the case.

Ld. Advocate for the O.P. raises no objection.

Such being the position the instant case is required to be dismissed for non prosecution.

Hence, it is

 that the instant complaint case bearing no CC/114/2020 be and same is dismissed for non-prosecution but under the circumstances without  costs.
