Advocate for the complainant, O.P 2 & 3 filed their respective hazira. But absent on call. It is seen that the complainant is remaining absent consistently , so also learned counsel for the complainant remaining absent and not taking any steps against the O.P 1  for issue of fresh notice which clearly proved that the complainant is not interested to move further in this case. Hence, this complainant is dismissed for non-Prosecution.
