ORDER

Complaint is allowed as under:- O.P. is directed to reconnect the telephone No.435401 of the complainant within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order without charging any reconnection charges or fees for installation. If O.P. fails to do so the complainant would be entitled to receive damages at the rate of 5,000/- per month till the dtae of reconnection. The complainant is liable to pay other regular rent and phone charges according to prevailing rules. The O.P. is not entitled to claim any rent from the date of disconnection till the date of reconnection.
