Complainant present. Opposite parties also represented. We have heard the matter in detail. The dispute is relating to the remittance of BSNL bill amount. After hearing the matter, we are of the view that the opposite parties are entitled to get the amount from the complainant in installments. The opposite parties are bound to accept the amount by installments.
In the above observation, the complaint is disposed accordingly.
