   Complainant and  opposite party present.  Matter is settled.  Opposite party is agreed  to pay Rs.4510/-to the complainant on taking back the mobile phone.  The complainant is also agreed the terms of settlement.  Opposite party   paid Rs.4510/- to complainant and taken back the mobile phone.  Hence the complaint is dismissed as settled.
