On scrutiny of records, it appears that since 24.08.2020 complainant has been absenting himself from attending the Ld. Commission for conducting his case. Therefore, complainant was directed to show cause as to why the present complaint shall not be dismissed due to non-prosecution and date was fixed on 07.02.2024.

Today also the complainant is absent and no step taken on his behalf. Therefore, we have no other option but to dismiss the complaint on the ground of non-prosecution.

Hence, it is

that the present Consumer Complaint being No.158/2019 be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution against the complainant without any cost.
