Complainant absent on the two previous postings. The complaint is filed against BSNL alleging deficiency in service. As per the decision of the Apex Court in C.A.7687/04 Consumer Forum has no jurisdiction to try disputes against BSNL. Hence complaint dismissed as not maintainable. No costs.
