      This case coming on this day for final hearing before us in the presence of Sri M.Narayanaswamy Advocate for the complainant and Sri M.Manohar Naidu, Advocate for the 1^st Opposite Party and the Opposite Parties 2 & 3 called absent and set exparte and after perusing the material papers on record and after hearing the arguments of both sides, the Forum delivered the following:

14.05.2014:

          Both parties have filed memo stating that they compromised in the above case as the complainant received a sum of Rs.5,000/- by way of Cheque bearing No.207842, dt.25.02.2014 of State Bank of  Hyderabad and hence the complaint may be dismissed, as settled out of Forum.

          In view of the above memo filed by both the parties, the above complaint is dismissed as settled out of Forum.
