The record is put-up on the prayer of both the parties filed on 27.01.2022.

Both the parties filed a verified joint petition praying for disposing of the case on compromise on the ground that the claim of the complainant has been finally settled on compromise at Rs. 2,00,000/- (Two lacs) only in between the parties and the O.P. – Insurance Co. would pay the said amount by issuing an A/c Payee Cheque in favour of the complainant within 30 days of this order and she i.e. the complainant shall have no claim regarding the compensation as against this Insurance Company in future. The said compromise petition has been signed by the complainant herself and Ld. empanelled Advocate Mr. Shamal Kumar Ganguli who has been authorized to execute the compromise on behalf of the O.P. as per authorise letter dated 28.12.2021 of the O.P. Heard both sides. Considered. The prayer of both the parties are allowed.

Hence, it is ordered that this case be and the same is disposed of in terms of compromise petition and the compromise petition do form part of this order.

Let copy of this order be given to the parties on free of cost.

The record need not be put-up on 25.02.2022.
