O R D E R

i.                   Complaint No.101/2012 is partly allowed against the Opposite Party.

ii.                The Opposite Party is directed to pay an amount of Rs.8,800/- (Rs.Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Only) with @ 9% p.a. from the date of filing the complaint i.e.08/05/2012 till it’s realization to the Complainant.

iii.              The Opposite Party is directed to pay an amount of Rs.4,000/-(Rs.Four Thousand Only) compensation to the Complainant towards mental agony caused to the Complainant by following unfair trade practice against the Complainant and cost of Rs.2,000/-(Rs.Two Thousand Only) towards this complaint to the Complainant.

iv.              The Opposite Party shall comply with the aforesaid order within one month from the date of service of this order. 

v.                 Certified copies of this order be furnished to the parties.
