Petitioner has moved an application seeking to withdraw the revision petition on the ground that he has already settled the matter with the respondent by paying him a sum of Rs.50,000/-. Application is supported by the affidavit of Ms. Lilly Joy, Principal / Authorised Representative of the petitioner / School. Copy of compromise is also placed on record. Learned counsel verifies the compromise and submits that contents are correct. In view of the prayer of the petitioner, revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
