            Advocate for appellant files a memo stating that the matter was settled to the tune of Rs.4,50,000/- and joint memo was also signed by the respondent. But the advocate who represents the respondent had no knowledge. Hence, we direct the respondent to appear before this Commission along with his counsel.

BEFORE THE LOK-ADALATH

            Advocate for appellant filed a memo dated 14-09-2023 stating that a sum of Rs.4,50,000/- paid to the respondent through cheque and same has been encashed by her.

In view of the memo and compromise memo dated 24-7-2023, the matter is settled before the Lok-Adhalath as full and final settlement. In view of the same, the matter is settled. Accordingly the appeal is dismissed.
