The matter is placed before the  Lok Adalat.

          Learned counsel for  both the parties are present on V.C.

           A joint memo is filed stating that the matter has been compromised  and the OP has agreed to pay Rs.20,000/- to the complainant within 30 days from the date of this order.

           In view of above joint memo and submission of both the counsels the appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise and memo of compromise is made part and parcel of this order.

             It is hereby further ordered that the amount should be paid by the OP to the complainant within 30 days from today.

         Free  copy of the order be supplied to the respective parties or they may download same from the confonet  or webtsite of this  Commission to treat same as if  copy of order received from this Commission.

                   DFR be sent back forthwith.
