Present:          Shri  M.L.bansal, Adv ocate for the complainant,

 

                        Case is fixed for 10.10.2017. Today counsel for the complainant has filed an application for  taking up the file. Heard. On the written request of the counsel for the complainant, file taken up today. Today counsel for the complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that matter has been compromised  between the parties. Now nothing remain towards the Ops, so he wants to withdraw his present complaint being fully satisfied.

                     Heard. In view of the statement made by the counsel for the complainant , the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn  being fully satisfied being compromised. A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
