1.         This complaint is filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986.  This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite parties in respect of his bike. The opposite parties has not resolved the vehicle’s problem. Alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties the complainant approached this Commission for redressing his grievances. The opposite parties entered appearance and filed written version denying the allegation of deficiency in service raised by the complainant against them.

2.       Eventhough the complainant has filed affidavit in-lieu of chief examination, the complainant was not present before this commission to adduce his evidence. So many opportunities were given to the complainant for adducing the evidence. As he has not produced any evidence, we find that this is a fit case to be dismissed.

     In the result, the complaint is dismissed. No order as to costs.

                    A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
