Bag No.24, GPO, New Delhi 110001. – Opposite Parties(OPs) Present: Sh.Anuj Mehta, Husband/Authorized Representative of Complainant. Sh.Manpreet Singh Oberoi, Senior Executive of OP No.2 with counsel Sh.Jatin Kumar, Advocate for OPs. Dated, the 7th day of May, 2010. ORDER 1. This case has been taken up today in the Lok Adalat. Efforts were made to settle the matter, which stood fructified and the parties have settled the dispute. Statement given by them is reproduced as under :- “Statement of Sh.Manpreet Singh Oberoi s/o Sh.N.S.Oberoi, Senior Executive of OP No.2-SBI Cards & Payments Pvt. Ltd. with counsel Sh.Jatin Kumar, Advocate for OPs. The matter has been settled between the parties. As per settlement, the OP No.2 shall issue the NOC to the complainant in respect of Credit Card No.4317575054164174 alongwith Rs.4000/- as compensation, within one month from today i.e. 7.5.2010.” Statement of Sh.Anuj Mehta s/o Sh.V.M.Mehta, Husband/Authorized Representative of Complainant. I accept the above statement given by Sh.Manpreet Singh Oberoi, Senior Executive of OP No.2 alongwith counsel Sh.Jatin Kumar, Advocate. The complaint may be disposed of accordingly.” 2. In view of the above statements, the complaint stands disposed of. The OP No.2 would issue the NOC to the complainant in respect of Credit Card No.4317575054164174 alongwith Rs.4000/- as compensation, within one month from today i.e. 7.5.2010. 3.
