When we indicated that in the present case, the question of territorial jurisdiction is mixed question of law and fact,  Mr. P. K. Deomani, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner sought permission to withdraw this Revision Petition with a liberty to the petitioner to raise the objection of territorial jurisdiction and other points, as may be available to the petitioner, before learned Lower Forum at appropriate stage.

          With this liberty this Revision Petition is permitted to be withdrawn.
