                        The complaint has filed a Memo and submitted that after receipt of notice from the Hon’ble Forum the Ops interested to comply the order, however complainant has lost his mobile I-Ball Full Touch Android Phone hand set and the complaint is not able to delivered the old set to the Ops for repair and the case dispute has been settled out of the forum and Hence, the Ops prayed to drop the case in the interest of justice.

                              We perused the petition and also heard the   complainant.  As the complainant   has not able to produce the old set as per the award of the forum, the Ops are compiled the case and pray not to proceed further with this, the complaint is hereby closed   and disposed of accordingly.              

                        Send the copy of order to both the parties free of cost.
