ORDER

An application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking withdrawal of the revision petition on account of amicable settlement of the dispute between the parties.  The application is accompanied by a communication signed by the respondents/complainants, which states, inter alia, as under:-

“In lieu of compromise and the consideration offered by State Bank of India, we confirm and declare that we have no claim against SBI and all our accounts/lien in respect of HTL Account No.3049497279 and the matter of SBI Life Insurance has been settled to our satisfaction.”

          In view of the foregoing, the application is allowed and the revision petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
