           None for the parties since  last dates of hearings  i.e.  31-08-2016 ,14-10-2016, 16-11-2016 and  today consecutively. Perused file. Order sheet dated 15-07-2016 reads as under:

“Counsel for complainant /DH opted to proceed

U/s 25 of CP Act. Issue R/C through concerned SDM/Collector to the JD returnable on 31-08-2016.”

   As R.C. has been  already issued  and it appears that DH is not interested in pursuing this execution therefore  it is presumed that the DH has got the order executed through collector.

In the above circumstances it will be abuse of process to continue this execution in the above absence of the DH.  Hence this execution is disposed off as satisfied.

Copy of this order be made available to the parties free of cost as per. File be consigned to record room.
