ORDER

Order dt.30/07/1992 Petitioner present. Files an affidavit in support of his case. Perused same and complaint. The affidavit is in confirmation of the claim. It is allowed. The respondent to pay Rs.3484-05 to the petitioner with interest at the rate of 15% p.a. from the date of petition till he pays the amount. He has to pay the cost of the petition Rs.200/-.
