This appeal has been filed against the order dated 6.8.2014 passed in Execution Case No. 1/2014 pending before Learned District Forum, Giridih, sentencing the Jt. Drs. by imprisonment for a period of four months and fine of Rs. 5000/- and in default of payment of fine, the Jt. Drs. was further sentenced to undergo imprisonment for a period of one month. The office was directed to issue non-bailable warrant of arrest against the Jt. Drs. through the S.P., Giridih.

In the main appeal i.e. F.A. No. 23/14, the appellant filed a supplementary affidavit to show that on 21.9.2014, the J.Drs. complied with the order passed by this Forum on 19.8.2014, and thereafter on the prayer of the Jt. Drs.the execution of warrant of arrest was stayed till the next day fixed in F.A. No. 23/14.

In view of this position this appeal has become infructuous. Accordingly this appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
