Present: Smt. Archna W/o Shri Prabhat Kumar – Complainant in person

She had filed complaint before this Commission which was heard on 14.7.2022. Subsequently, she had filed application dated 14.7.2022 registered as M.A. 78/2022. The same is taken up for hearing today. She submits that she has received Rs.100000/- from OP i.e. Gaur sons Real Tech Pvt Ltd on 18.1.2022 and she is satisfied with said refund and wants to withdraw the case filed before this Commission as CC No. 312/2022.

Date already fixed in the matter i.e. 14.11.2022 is cancelled.
